As a Senior Consultant and Information Technology Specialist, Arely H. Franco holds dual roles in providing hands-on accreditation consulting services in the skilled nursing industry. She has been working with Achieve Accreditation since 2017. Her career passions include person centered care and improving the quality of life for residents. Arely is celebrating her ten-year career anniversary in the senior living industry while serving two years as a Memory Care Director. She holds a master’s degree in Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Her favorite things about working with Achieve Accreditation is the team and the support she receives from client partners. She enjoys being outdoors, traveling with her husband, listening to podcasts, and reading.
