As a Senior Consultant and a Staff Training and Development Specialist, Sarah Ocasek holds dual roles in providing hands-on accreditation consulting services in skilled nursing and provides training and ongoing education to the Achieve Accreditation team. She has been working with Achieve Accreditation since 2013. Her career passions are teaching others and relationship building. Sarah is celebrating her thirteen-year career anniversary in the senior living industry while previously serving five years as a Social Service Director. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a master's degree in Community Counseling. Her favorite things about working with Achieve Accreditation is the team and the support she receives from client partners. She enjoys listening to music and playing with her two young daughters.
